II. RULES & REGULATIONS
RULE XVI
GRADUATION WITH HONORS
A student may graduate with any of the following honors:

1. BACHELOR’S DEGREE (4-years or 5-years course)
CUM LAUDE—A regular student who obtains a weighted average grade in all academic subjects of at least 1.75 without a grade lower than 2.00 in any subjects, and a residence of at least four (4) semesters in the college immediately preceding his/her graduation.
MAGNA CUM LAUDE - A student who obtains a weighted average grade in all academic subjects of at least 1.50 without a grade lower than 1.75 in a subject, and a residence of at least four (4) semesters immediately preceding graduation.
In addition the student should complete 75% of the required subjects of the program or course in the COLLEGE.
SUMMA CUM LAUDE - A student who obtains a weighted average of grade in all academic subjects of at least 1.25, without a grade lower than 1.50 in a subject, and provided that all units required for graduation have been earned in the COLLEGE.

2. With Distinction
Student taking up BSMT and BSMarE who have completed their academic requirements (CAR) leading to the degree of BSMT or BSMarE and obtained a weighted average grade in all academic subjects of at least 1.75 without a grade lower than 2.0 in any subject and at least a residence of 3 semesters in this college immediately preceding completion of Academic Requirements (CAR).
SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES &OTHERS SCHEMES
a. Schedule of Graduation
The graduation is scheduled according to CHED’s guidelines and reflected in the APC School Calendar each school year.
b. Schedule of Final Examinations for Non-Graduating and Graduating Students
The final examination for non-graduating students is set according to CHED’s guidelines and reflected in the APC School Calendar each school year, usually every 1st or 2nd week of March while the final examination for graduating students is set one (1) week ahead of the final examination for non graduating students.
c. Schedule of Final Examinations for Non-Graduating and Graduating Students
The final examination for non-graduating students is set according to CHED’s guidelines and reflected in the APC School Calendar each school year, usually every 1st or 2nd week of March while the final examination for graduating students is set one (10 week ahead of the final examination for non-graduating students.
