II. RULES & REGULATIONS
RULE XXIV
USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
The term “facilities” includes school buildings and grounds pr portion thereof.
2. The school facilities of the COLLEGE may be used by any of the recognized student organization subject to the rules and regulations prescribed by the COLLEGE.
An application for the use of any of the school facilities shall be filed in writing the President through the office of the Director Student Services by the Secretary of the recognized organization, at least five (5) days before such use, indicating therein the purpose, time and date of the activity.
Any loss or destruction of any of the school facilities, the use of which has been allowed, shall be the responsibility of the organization concerned.
5. The distribution or circulation of literature through the use of posters, bulletin boards, streamer, etc., shall be governed by the following rules:

Posting Of Notice, Announcements, etc.
​
Clearance of post from the Office of Student Organization Coordinator;
​
The notice/poster must bear the name of the bonafide recognized student organization responsible for the notice as well as the endorsement of the adviser;
​
Must include the posting period based on the following;
​
a. For those reckoning dates, the posting shall be for a period of not more than ten (10) days reckoned prior to the date of activity.
​
b. For those without reckoning dates, posting period shall depend upon the degree and scope of importance of the subject as may be determined by the Student Organization Coordinator.

4. Must be removed by the student organization responsible for the posting.

Steamers
​
Announcements for important and special occasions that could not be accommodated in the bulletin boards of recognized organizations and those from outside sources shall secure a special permit from the Office of Student Organization Coordinator and the same shall be set up in places designated by the latter provided however that it does not violet local ordinance or national lanes or streamers.
Streamers should not be more than five (5) years in length.
Sanctions for violations of the aforementioned rules shall be as follows:
a. Removal without notice of posted material/s.
b. Repeated or habitual violations shall subject those concerned to warning, reprimand and revocation of recognition in the case of a student organization. These sanctions shall be entered into the record of the student/organization and shall be considered for action of future requests.
