COLLECTION and REFUND OF TUITION and OTHER FEES

    The collection and refund of tuition and other fees for the purpose of registration or for withdrawal of enrolment is governed by Section 66 of the 1992 Manual of Regulations for Private Schools, which provides that "when a student registers in a School, it is understood that he is enrolling for the entire school year for elementary and secondary courses, and for the entire semester or summer term for college courses".
