Develop undergraduates and provide graduates that  meet the requirements and expectation of the national academic standard, industry needs, and international maritime standards with other statutory regulations.

The  Torch symbolizes LIGHT which the COLLEGE sheds to enlighten the mind, to see the truth, and to tread the path leading towards a successful and bountiful life.  The founders of AKLAN POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE always believe in transparency in which one sees the sincerity and purity of the heart and mind.

 

The ever burring Flame stands for the founders’ COMPASSION for the under privileged and less fortunate of our brethren, who are close to their hearts.

DISCIPLINE -  this is necessary to put into proper use the knowledge acquired—thus, instilling discipline among the students becomes a primary concern of the COLLEGE.  APCan must know very well how to conduct themselves properly in various situations, with great respect to life and humanity.

 

KNOWLEDGE -  the foremost mission of APC.  This is inculcated in the hearts and minds of the students to combat ignorance.  This will likewise serve as powerful weapon of every APCan graduate to overcome the many intricacies of life of the modern world.

 

SERVICE - The primary obligation of every APCan is to serve God, his community, country and people.  Through service, an APCan can give true meaning to his existence.  This gives him fulfillment as a creation of God.
