I. INTRODUCTION

SCHOOL OFFICIALS AND STAFF

 

    1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
       As chief executive of the College, he is vested with highest authority and responsibility for the execution and implementation of the general plans, policies, rules ad regulations of the School.

 

    2.  President
       He is the direct supervisor of academic and non academic affairs of the College.  As the administrator of the Institute, he is responsible for the administration and policy execution of the educational goals of the school in consonance with DepEd, TESDA, MARINA and CHED regulations.

 

    3.  Director, Academic Affairs
   He is the academic head of the College.  He is responsible for the implementation of academic plans, policies and rules laid down by the institution.
   He is the direct supervisor over the Dean, Department Heads, Principals and learning area or academic coordinators for the implementation of the academic programs.

 

    4.  Dean
   He/She is the direct supervisor and administrator of the College he./she heads.  He/Se is responsible for the proper implementation of the academic policies in line with the TESDA, MARINA, and CHED of institutional goals and objectives.
   The dean also has supervision over the department heads under the college.  He/She coordinates with academic or learning area coordinators for the proper implementation of academic programs.

 

    5.  Director, for Students Services

    He is in chare of all non-academic affairs and activities such as but not limited to student discipline, student organization/activities, intramurals, cultural presentations, parades, community outreach programs, interschool competition, school publication and other related activities.

    He coordinates with the Director for Academic Affairs for availability of students in all activities that affect academic classes or schedule of students.
       
   6.  Principal

    He/She is responsible for the administration and the supervision of the school program and in the implementation of school policies in the High School department in line with the philosophy and objectives of the school.
   He/She is the channel between the administration and the faculty.

 

    7.  Registrar
   The Registrar is responsible for keeping and maintaining the school records of the students.  He supervises registration proceedings and checks admission requirements.  He keeps custody of all student academic records and issues them upon request.

 

    8.  Guidance Counselor
   She attends to the various academic, social, emotional and psychological problems of the students in addition to the testing, follow-up of and evaluation of services inherent to the office.  She is also enjoined to attend subsequent Parent-Teacher Conferences.
